WHO WE ARE
Our program was designed around success. ACS was founded by Norm Detrick and Pam Bichsel. They formed a partnership built on careers in education and business, and a common belief that all students can use support and inspiration. Having successes in both areas, they teamed up to create a sustainable program that could help students build habits that would propel them into the next stage of their academic journey and beyond. They started by mentoring struggling students and found that they could provide support to a wider group. They envisioned a program that would provide a realistic and user-friendly approach for families as they transition through this challenging first year of college.
GOOD. FIT. GUARANTEED.
Our coaches are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience that is custom-tailored to the individual needs of your student.
We strive to inspire students to achieve their best by walking with them through key transitions in their education. We equip them with tools and strategies that will allow them to work with their natural talents and abilities, building their self-confidence. Additionally, we provide a very realistic and practical view of college and the workforce that is balanced and non-biased, as we realize and advocate that college is not always the best path for every student.
We mentor and monitor students to help them stay accountable, inspiring them to heighten their expectations for themselves, with a clear plan to achieve whatever they set out to accomplish.
We want to hear from you!
